Prices are based upon a monthly commitment only; early withdrawal is subject to individual service charges. Veterinarian Assistance and Farrier Scheduling are included in all our Training Programs.
This program is individually designed to best meet the needs of each horse and rider. Included: Grooming, Trainer Schools, Group Lessons, T/O's, Wrapping, Clipping/ Mane Pulls, and Laundry Service. Six days per week.
Giracci Farms is a unique and well maintained riding facility. Stalls are 12 x 12 box stalls, which are well bedded and cleaned 7 days a week. Horses are fed hay cubes twice daily. Lunch (hay) is offered at an additional $45 per month.
$25.00 every three months (mandatory Full Training)
As a reminder, no credits or discounts can be issued for days missed, due to rain, rider scheduling conflicts, or horse show schedules. If you happen to have an issue with your monthly bill, it is your responsibility to bring this to our attention immediately.
We reserve the right to charge a late fee of $50.00 for any invoice not paid by the 15th of the month. Interest will accrue on accounts over 30 days late at 1.5%.
All horses will remain on a regular shoeing schedule. Clients will be responsible for all shoeing costs of the horse, owned or leased. The Farrier will bill each client directly.
All horses must be current on all vaccinations including West Nile. Horses must be de-wormed on a regular basis (every 3 months). As per our boarding contracts, all horses must be de-wormed in January, April, July, and October. The veterinarian will bill directly to the client, and client is responsible for all treatment charges.
A commission of 10% is the standard fee charged for any sale, purchase or lease. A per diem of $100.00 per day will be charged for a trainer to travel to view perspective horses. Client is responsible for reimbursement to trainer for all expenses incurred, including travel costs, whether or not a transaction is consummated.
In order to keep your horses in peak condition, we highly recommend the correct maintenance of your horses. We strongly suggest all our training horses be put on monthly oral supplements. All supplements & medications given by trainers will be an additional charge. We also recommend the benefit of routine treatments of Legend and Adequan, to be given by your treating veterinarian.
We strongly recommend all horses be insured for mortality and major medical.
